Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the Lot Owners of Beth Moses Cemetery Corporation has been called for the purpose of reviewing and acting upon a proposed Agreement and Plan of Merger of the Corporation with and into Wellwood Cemetery Association Inc. d/b/a Wellwood Cemetery. The meeting will take place on May 23, 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Beth Moses Cemetery Corporation Office, 1500 Wellwood Ave. West Babylon NY 11704.
